I have been subbing yoga classes at Burbank Athletic Club in Burbank, and they have invited to me to teach regularly. I'll be taking on two classes, Mondays and Fridays from 9am - 10am. Stylistically, the are both flow classes, though they are a slower flow rather than an aggressive or power vibe.
It is a really wonderful, community minded gym, and I think it's incredible that they offer as much yoga as they do. If you are a member there, I hope to see you in class!
I'm still teaching Saturday afternoons at Yoga Blend, Vinyasa Flow from 2:15 - 3:30pm, and it's a really great group of people that have been coming together to practice. It's also a great way to replenish and reinvigorate over the weekend!
Lastly, starting in October, I will have space opening up in my schedule to take on private clients again. This is the most powerful, transformative work I can offer people who are yearning to make a change in their lives.
